Health And Safety At East Links Family Park

Here at East Links Family Park, we take Health and Safety very seriously. Our staff are always on hand to help with any eventuality. Help us to make your trip a safe and enjoyable one by following these guidelines.

• Children must be supervised, by their accompanying adults at all times.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before eating, after any contact with animals and before leaving the farm.

• Do not eat or smoke whilst making contact with the animals, eat only in designated areas.

• Do not eat food which has fallen to the ground.

• Do not taste the animal food.

• Children should be discouraged from putting their fingers in their mouths, do not put dummies that have fallen, back in children’s mouths.

• Any cuts and grazes should be covered by a waterproof dressing.

• Children should not be allowed to kiss the animals.

• Approach and handle animals quietly and gently, do not chase, frighten or torment the animals.

• Do not climb on the fences, gates or into the animal pens.

• For your own safety, stay within the designated visitor areas and pathways.

• Do not touch the equipment or tools.
